CEO of Tangaroa AB and Head Consultant is Magnus Brink who is a senior manager and business project manager with a focus on implementation. Magnus has worked more than 15 years in leading positions such as Head of Corporate Development and Head of Project Office within SEB Group. He has also held positions as Development Manager and Project Manager for large international business projects and is a certified management coach. In 2007 he founded his own consultancy firm specializing in facilitating and managing strategic change plans on owner level, board level and top managment level.
He has broad experience from marketing & sales, operation processes, IT, controlling, strategic planning and project management which promotes understanding of the overall picture and the need of cooperation between different units within organisations. Magnus is strong in turning ideas into reality in a structured way. He is a trail blazer, curious with lots of courage. His management style is challenging and involving.
He has international experiences as a vice president and senior project manager in: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania Sweden and his assignments are often within the banking and insurance industries.
